The plan by the Rivers State Government to relocate Spare Parts Dealers and Auto-Technicians to a more befitting location is irreversible.
Technicians in Port Harcourt are to move to an ultra-modern complex with adequate facilities at kilometre 17, Port Harcourt-Aba Expressway.
The Board Chairman of Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority, Chief Ferdinand Alabra made this known recently at a stake holders meeting with members of the two bodies – Spare Parts Dealers and Auto-Technicians at the New Rivers Vision House.
During the meeting, agreement was reached on the price of shops, workshops and modalities of payment. The sale of forms commences on Monday 29th August 2016.
Interested applicants are advised to collect their application forms from Zenith Bank or UBA and other designated points.
Present at the meeting were Ambassador Desmond Akawor, Administrator of Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority; Executive members of Spare Parts Dealers and Auto Technicians, led by Mr. Maxwell Anuonye and Comrade Stanly Amadi.
