MASTER PLAN

The city has an enabling work environment. The Light Commercial /Industrial areas in phase 1A has the following composition-30% coverage 2-4 story buildings 28,756 ha available for light commercial industrial activities such as warehousing, retail centres, malls etc. The commercial heartland of phase 1A is the central business district (CBD), approximately 4337.54meters of prime commercial real estate, it benefits from strategic access to the international Airport, as well as upcoming M10 road linking the Airport to the Onne Port and the M1 road connecting Phase 1A to the old city. The city also has provision for educational and institutional centres for learning and research.
